Adding Articles to Your Queue

Overview

The article queue is your central hub for managing content generation in AutopilotSEO. It allows you to add, organize, and generate article prompts efficiently.

Queue Toolbar Features

Random Article Generator

Click the dice icon to automatically generate 10 new articles for your queue. This helps quickly populate your content pipeline with diverse topics.

Shuffle Queue

Use the shuffle icon (↝) to randomly reorder your prompts. This helps maintain variety in your content generation order.

Schedule Generation

Use the calendar icon to schedule when your articles should be generated. Perfect for maintaining a consistent content calendar.

Generate All

Click the sparkles icon (✨) to generate all articles in your queue at once. Use this for bulk content creation. Be careful with this, it can generate a lot of articles at once and you may experience rate limits.

Filter Queue

The filter icon lets you organize and sort your queue items based on different criteria.

Adding Articles

  1. Access the Queue:

    Click "Queue" in the Articles section of your workspace sidebar.

  2. Add Individual Articles:

    Use the input field at the top that says "Add an article to the queue..." Type your article topic or prompt and press Enter or click the submit arrow.

  3. Manage Articles:

    Each article in your queue will show with a drag handle (⋮) for reordering, and buttons to generate (✨) or delete (🗑️) the article.

Best Practices

  • Organize strategically - Use drag-and-drop to arrange articles in your preferred generation order
  • Use clear titles - Make your article topics descriptive and specific for better results
  • Batch processing - Use the generate all feature (✨) when you have multiple articles ready
  • Regular cleanup - Remove completed or unnecessary articles using the delete button (🗑️)
  • Stay organized - Use the filter feature to manage larger queues effectively
