Article Queue

Overview
The Article Queue is the central hub for managing your content production workflow. It allows you to plan and organize your content creation process by queuing article topics before they are generated.
With the Article Queue, you can:
- Create a prioritized list of article topics to generate
- Organize your content creation pipeline
- Add detailed prompts with keywords and specific content requirements
- Reorder your queue to prioritize certain content
- Track which articles are ready to be generated
How the Queue Works
The Queue Process
- Add to Queue - Create article topics with specific prompts and add them to your queue
- Prioritize - Arrange your queue in the order you want articles to be generated
- Generate - Start the generation process for items in your queue
- Review - Once generated, articles move to your Articles list for review
Queue Interface
When you visit the Article Queue, you'll see a list of your queued article topics with the following information:
- Title - The article title or topic
- Prompt Details - Information about keywords and content requirements
- Created Date - When the article was added to the queue
- Actions - Buttons to generate, edit, or remove the article from the queue
Queue vs. Articles
It's important to understand the distinction between the Queue and Articles sections in AutopilotSEO:
Article Queue
- Contains article topics waiting to be generated
- Planning and preparation stage
- Where you add prompts and requirements
- Topics that haven't been turned into content yet
Articles
- Contains articles that have been generated
- Review and publication stage
- Where you can view, edit, and publish content
- Finished content ready for use
Think of the Queue as your "to-do list" and the Articles section as your "completed work."

- Be specific with prompts - The more detailed your instructions, the better your results
- Group similar topics - Queue similar articles together for more consistent output
- Maintain a backlog - Keep your queue filled with ideas to maintain a steady content flow
- Review regularly - Periodically reassess your queue to ensure priorities haven't changed
