Queue Interface Overview

The article queue interface provides several tools for managing your content:

  • Drag and Drop Ordering - Reorder articles by dragging them to different positions
  • Article Cards - Each card shows topic, prompt details, and creation date
  • Action Buttons - Generate, edit, or remove articles directly from the queue
  • Queue Status - See how many articles are in your queue and generation status

Prioritizing Your Queue

Reordering Articles

To prioritize articles in your queue:

  1. Click and hold on an article card
  2. Drag the article to its new position in the queue
  3. Release to drop it in place
  4. The new order is automatically saved

Articles at the top of the queue will be generated first when you start batch generation.

Prioritization Strategies

Consider these approaches to prioritizing your queue:

  • Content Calendar Order - Arrange by scheduled publication date
  • SEO Priority - Place high-value keywords and topics first
  • Content Clusters - Group related topics together
  • Business Impact - Prioritize topics with the highest potential ROI
  • Seasonal Relevance - Move time-sensitive content to the top

Editing Queue Items

To edit an article in your queue:

  1. Find the article you want to modify
  2. Click the "Edit" button (pencil icon) on the article card
  3. Modify any of the article details:
    • Title/Topic
    • Keywords
    • Prompt details
  4. Click "Save Changes" to update the article

Note: Editing an article only affects it in the queue. Once an article has been generated, you'll need to regenerate it to apply any queue changes.

Removing Articles from Queue

To remove an article from your queue:

  1. Locate the article you want to remove
  2. Click the "Remove" button (trash icon) on the article card
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Warning: Removing an article from the queue is permanent. Make sure you no longer need the article before removing it.

Generating Articles

Single Article Generation

To generate a single article from your queue:

  1. Find the article you want to generate
  2. Click the "Generate" button on the article card
  3. Wait for the generation process to complete
  4. Once finished, the article will be available in your Articles section

Batch Generation

To generate multiple articles at once:

  1. Select the checkbox next to each article you want to generate, or use the "Select All" option
  2. Click the "Generate Selected" button at the top of the queue
  3. Confirm the batch generation
  4. Monitor the progress as articles are generated sequentially

Pro Tip: Batch generation follows your queue order. Make sure to prioritize your queue before starting a batch generation.

Managing Queue Size

Depending on your plan, there may be limits to how many articles you can have in your queue. Here are some strategies for managing queue size:

  • Regular Clean-up - Remove outdated or low-priority topics
  • Batch Processing - Generate articles in batches to clear space
  • Prioritize Quality - Focus on fewer, high-quality prompts rather than quantity
  • Segmentation - If managing multiple websites, focus on one site at a time

Best Practices

  • Regular Review - Periodically review your queue to ensure priorities haven't changed
  • Batch Similar Topics - Keep related articles together for more consistent output
  • Optimize Before Generating - Take time to refine prompts before starting generation
  • Document Your Strategy - Keep notes on your prioritization approach for consistency
  • Test and Learn - Start with a few articles to test prompts before adding many similar ones

Troubleshooting

Changes to order aren't saving

Try refreshing the page and attempting the reordering again. Ensure you have a stable internet connection.

Generation seems stuck

If an article appears stuck in generation, try refreshing the page. If it persists, you may need to remove it and re-add it to the queue.

Queue is empty after logging in

Check that you have the correct website selected in your account. Each website has its own separate queue.
