Viewing Articles
Overview
After your articles are generated, they appear in the Articles section where you can view, review, and manage them. This guide covers how to navigate the Articles section and review your generated content.
Accessing the Articles Section
- Log in to your AutopilotSEO account
- Navigate to your workspace
- Click on "Articles" in the sidebar navigation
- You'll see a grid of all your generated articles
Alternatively, you can go directly to /workspace/articles
in your browser.
Articles Grid View
The Articles grid provides an overview of all your generated content with:
- Title - The article's title or topic
- Preview - A brief excerpt of the article content
- Status - The current state (draft, published, etc.)
- Date - When the article was generated
- Actions - Buttons to view, edit, or manage the article
Grid Filtering and Sorting
You can organize your articles view by:
- Searching - Use the search bar to find articles by title or content
- Filtering - Filter by status (draft, published, etc.)
- Sorting - Sort by date, title, or status
- View Options - Toggle between grid and list views
Article Detail View
To view a complete article:
- Find the article you want to view in the grid
- Click on the article's title or the "View" button
- The article will open in detail view
Detail View Features
The article detail view includes:
- Complete Content - The full article text with formatting
- Metadata - Information about keywords, word count, and prompt details
- View Options - Toggle between normal, HTML, and formatted views
- Action Buttons - Edit, publish, download, or delete the article
- Publication Status - Information about if and where the article has been published
Viewing Options
Content Views
When viewing an article, you can switch between different viewing modes:
- Normal View - Standard formatted article as it would appear on a website
- HTML View - See the raw HTML code of the article
- Print View - A clean, printer-friendly version
Full-Screen Mode
For a distraction-free reading experience:
- Open the article in detail view
- Click the "Full Screen" button (usually in the top right)
- The article will expand to fill your screen
- Press "Esc" or click the "Exit Full Screen" button to return to normal view
Reviewing Content Quality
When reviewing your generated articles, consider these aspects:
- Accuracy - Is the information correct and up-to-date?
- Relevance - Does the content match the intended topic and target audience?
- Structure - Is the article well-organized with logical flow?
- SEO - Are keywords incorporated naturally throughout the content?
- Formatting - Are headings, lists, and other formatting elements used appropriately?
- Tone - Does the writing style match your brand voice?
- Completeness - Does the article cover the topic comprehensively?
Pro Tip: Use the reviewing process to inform future article prompts. Note what works well and what needs improvement to create better prompts next time.
Sharing and Exporting
From the article detail view, you can:
- Download - Export the article in various formats (HTML, Markdown, Word, etc.)
- Copy to Clipboard - Copy the article content for pasting elsewhere
- Share Link - Generate a shareable link (if available in your plan)
- Email - Send the article directly via email
To download an article:
- Open the article in detail view
- Click the "Export" or "Download" button
- Select your preferred format
- Choose a download location on your device

- Systematic Review - Create a consistent process for reviewing each article
- Take Notes - Document what works well and what needs improvement
- Compare to Competitors - Review your content against top-ranking articles on the same topic
- Check for Plagiarism - Use plagiarism tools to ensure content uniqueness
- Fact-Check - Verify any statistics, quotes, or claims in the content
