Articles
Overview
The Articles section is where you can view, manage, and publish all your generated content. This is where articles appear after being generated from your queue, ready for review and use.
In the Articles section, you can:
- View a comprehensive list of all your generated articles
- Read and review the full content of each article
- Edit articles to match your exact requirements
- Publish articles directly to connected platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
- Track the status and performance of your content
The Articles Interface
Articles List View
When you access the Articles section, you'll see a grid of all your generated articles with:
- Title - The article's title
- Preview - A snippet of the article content
- Status - Whether the article is draft, published, etc.
- Date - When the article was generated
- Actions - Buttons to view, edit, or publish the article
Article Detail View
Clicking on an article opens the detailed view where you can:
- Read the full article content
- See all metadata (keywords, word count, etc.)
- Access the edit interface
- View the HTML version of the article
- Publish the article to connected platforms
- Download the article in various formats
Article Statuses
Your articles will have one of the following statuses:
Article has been generated but not published or used yet
Article has been modified after generation
Article has been published to a connected platform
Article is scheduled for future publication
Accessing Your Articles
To access your Articles section:
- Log in to your AutopilotSEO account
- From the workspace, click on "Articles" in the sidebar navigation
- Alternatively, go directly to:
/workspace/articles
Note: You must have an active website selected to view your articles.
Creating New Articles
There are two ways to create new articles:
- From the Articles Page:
- Click the "New Article" button at the top of the Articles page
- This will redirect you to the Queue page to add a new article prompt
- From the Queue:
- Go to the Queue page
- Add a new article to the queue
- Start the generation process
- Once generated, the article will appear in your Articles section
Managing Articles
The Articles section offers several management options:
- Filtering - Sort articles by date, status, or title
- Search - Find specific articles by searching keywords
- Bulk Actions - Select multiple articles to perform actions like deleting or publishing
- Export - Download articles in various formats (HTML, Markdown, Word, etc.)
- Publication - Publish directly to connected platforms or schedule for later
Best Practices
- Regular review - Set aside time to review and refine generated content
- Organize by status - Use status filters to manage your workflow efficiently
- Always preview before publishing - Check how articles will appear on your site
- Back up important content - Export and save copies of your most valuable articles
- Use feedback to improve - Note what works well to improve future article generation
